Get a Card
- Library cards are issued to Nevada residents of all ages at no charge.
- A Nevada picture ID with Fallon address or a military ID is required.
- If you do not have a Nevada or military ID, it is possible to obtain a temporary card with proof of address and out-of-state picture ID.
- A parental signature is required for minor children. Parents must visit the library and show Nevada or military ID to obtain cards for children.
- Fill out a library card application online. You will still need to visit the library with ID to obtain a valid library card.
Borrower Privileges
- Most regularly circulated library materials may be borrowed for a three-week period.
- No overdue fees are charged. Patrons can accrue fines when they check out items from other Nevada Library Cooperative member libraries.
- Patrons will be charged current net replacement cost for a lost or irreparably damaged book.
- Material may be renewed if the item does not have holds. Call the library or log in to your account and renew your items online.
- Materials may be returned directly to the Library during business hours or in the book drop at any time. They may also be returned at any public library.
- All Library services are free except photocopies and computer printouts which are 10 cents a page.
- Lost library cards can be replaced for $1.
