Jessica Rowe is proud to be one of those “library kids” who found an escape and a refuge between the stacks. When she moved to the Fallon community, she turned to the Library as an anchor for herself and her kids while she got her bearings, and she recognizes the unique role that the Library plays as a neutral “port in the storm” and an access point to resources, connection, and inspiration for Churchill residents. She is happy to have an opportunity to lend a hand in keeping this vibrant and necessary resource available and accessible to our community.

Sari Koehler has always loved libraries and all they have to offer. Before settling down in Fallon in 2008, her husband and she had the opportunity to live in many different places across the USA. In each new place, Sari had the good fortune of finding a library where she could explore books, research, find writing opportunities, fall in love with new genres, and be active in the various programs the libraries offered. She realizes what a vital resource the library is for our community and is so grateful for the Churchill County Library and everything it offers.

Mattie Serna grew up in Fallon and has fond memories of going to the Churchill County Library as a child. As an adult, Mattie values the relationships she has with people in the community whom she met at the Library. Many of Mattie's friendships began at the Library. Libraries are such important places for community to flourish. She now homeschools her own children and her entire family loves going to the Library. Mattie and her family enjoy the variety of programs that the Library offer and take advantage of the helpful online resources. Mattie hopes that as a Trustee she will be able to help the library serve everyone in the community.
