Room Reservations
The Library has three rooms available by reservation and free of charge for public use. All persons using these spaces must abide by the Library’s Meeting Room Policy.
Make your reservation by clicking the appropriate photo below. Ensure you have selected your desired date in the top right corner. To reserve more than a 30 minute block, click on multiple starting times. You will receive a confirmation email as well as a reminder shortly prior to your reservation time once approved.
Our small study room fits up to four (4) people and is located inside the Library. It is available any time the Library is open, with walk-ins welcome if no prior reservation has been made.
WiFi access is available via credentials posted at the circulation desk.
Reservations for the small study room are given a ten (10) minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive after that grace period, your reservation may be cancelled and given to the next applicant.
If you will not be able to make your reservation time, please call the Library at 775-423-7581 to cancel or use the link in your confirmation email. Please see staff at the library's reference desk to check in when you arrive.
Our meeting room is for groups up to approximately four (4) people, and is available to Library patrons only, by reservation only, pending approval. A Meeting Space Application must be filled out digitally or in person as a condition of such approval. Contact the Library for more information.
The meeting room is located inside the library, accessible only from the side entrance. WiFi access is available via credentials posted at the circulation desk. A television and HDMI cord are provided for laptop presentations. If your laptop does not have an HDMI port, you must bring an adapter in order to connect it.

The Annex is located in the rear of 507 South Maine Street, accessible only from the rear entrance. WiFi access is available via credentials posted inside the Annex.
